In this article, you will learn to differentiate the two differences of an unsubscribe function of an event.
- Unsubscribe to Event A only
- Unsubscribe for All Events in the same organisation in Gevme
Firstly, by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ Link in the email, it will give you two separate option for Unsubscribing:
A. Unsubscribe to Event A only
To Unsubcribe for Event A only, enter your email address without checking the ‘Also unsubscribe for all emails from this organisation"
Hit the ‘Unsubcribe’ Button and you will be successfully unsubscribed from Event A only.
A message will display as follows:
B. Unsubscribe for All Events under the same organisation in Gevme
Similarly, enter your email address. However, this time round you will need to check the ‘Also unsubscribe for all emails from this organisation’ option before hitting the ‘Unsubscribe’ Button.
This would mean that you will not receive any emails from Event A, as well as events from across the Organisation.
Under Organisation: PS-Gevme Training; there are 3 events.
By unsubscribing for all emails from the organisation, you will not receive emails from all 3 events and any future events created by the organiser in this organisation in Gevme - "PS-Gevme Training".
