Q: I'd like to know how GEVME follows proper procedures for data protection.
A: For events using GEVME as event ticketing system, we implement standard practice:
- When your events end, you can request for data purge. Our team shall we purge the entire database within the events. You just need to inform our cs@globalsignin.com for this request.
- We put in place a Statement on Data protection to highlight on the measures and extend we take care of the data within the platform.
- We have Compliance and Regulations process which we maintain and update constantly. We take security seriously at GEVME so we built the platform with security and reliability in mind, right from the core.
