Accessing your profile settings

To access your profile settings:

Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. In the dropdown menu that appears, click on Settings.


Note: if you are an Admin User, the link will say Admin Console instead.



Profile settings screen

This will open up the profile settings screen, under which there are 2 tabs:


Account




Under the Account tab, you can change or update the following:

  1. Profile picture
    This is the profile picture which will appear in the top right-hand corner of the screen. 
  2. The Basics
    (1) First Name
    (2) Last Name
    (3) Email
    Note: Your email is the only setting which cannot be changed. This is the email that you use to login to GEVME.
    (4)Time Zone
    This is your time zone as a user of GEVME. Wherever times and dates are displayed in the backed in GEVME, they will be displayed in this time zone.
    Note: This is different from the time zone of your organization.  
  3. Password
    You can change your password here.


Organization

Clicking on the Organization tab will show the list of organization(s) to which you have access.


Under this screen will be displayed:


  1. The name of the organization(s) under which you have been invited to collaborate, and thus to which you have access.
  2. Your user role under each organization.
