The Invitees Form is where the information of the person invited to attend your event is captured. Use the invitee form to capture event-related details on the participants who are invited to your event, e.g. contact details, email addresses, dietary choices, etc.

With the Invitees Form, you are able to pre-populate potential attendees’ information with your email campaigns during online registration, resulting in a smooth experience for the invited.

Default Fields in the Invitees Form

The default fields in the Invitees form are:

  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Email
  4. Job Title
  5. Company

Though the default fields in the Invitees Form are not compulsory, you need at least an email address field to send your emails to.

Customizing the Invitees Form

To customize the Invitees form, follow these steps:

1. Click on Invitees under Manage in the main left hand navigation:




2. On the Invitees screen, click on the Click here link for the Invitees form:



Note: When you have invitees in your database already, click on the Gear icon at the top right hand corner of the page to customize your Invitees form.
