The sub-search line is crucial in expanding the search function to include non-standard search fields.
For example, if we would like to enable the search bar to include ‘Ticket Numbers’, we would then include this field inside the sub-search line.
Click on the field to bring up the text tool box. Select the ‘Insert Personalization’ button and select “Ticket Number”.
Once that is done, you should see that the Ticket Number is now added onto the sub-search line.
Save the changes by clicking on ‘Save Changes’ button found at the top-right corner of the page.
