Where is the Onsite Feature
After logging in on the GEVME platform and choosing your event, you can access the Onsite Module by clicking on “On Site” button on the left hand navigation.

1. Desktop Check-In
This option will give you access to the GEVME Onsite Web Check In.
2. Who Can Check In?
Note: Imported attendees will be treated as 'Completed' orders.
3. Onsite Registration
This option will let you register attendees onsite on the day of the event.
4. Session Check-In
Allow creation of Sessions eg Workshops, which let attendees to be checked in not only for the event but for individual session also.
Note: Session Check-In can only be done through the GEVME Onsite Client app.
5. When Attendee Checks In Successfully
Allows customizing and personalization of message shown on the GEVME Onsite Client app when attendees are checked-in.
6. When Attendee Checks in Again
Allows customizing and personalization of message shown on the GEVME Onsite Client app in case of duplicate check-in.
7. When Attendee Checks In With Invalid Ticket
Allows customizing and personalization of message shown on the GEVME Onsite Client app in case of invalid ticket (system does not recognise the ticket number).
8. Kiosk Mode Intro Page
Allows you to customize the Kiosk Mode page found on the GEVME Onsite Client app. The possible configurations are:
- Toggle display of Event Logo
- Toggle display of Event name
- Write brief title
- Import background Image
- Choose time message are displayed when check-in occurs
9. Desktop Kiosk Mode Sub Search Line
Place in the data fields which can be used to search the attendees database from the GEVME Onsite Web Check In.
10. Desktop Kiosk Mode Print Hook URL
11. Print Templates
Where print templates are imported for printing name badges. More than one template can be created and used for printing whether by GEVME Web Check In or GEVME Client App.
