An Event can be a Physical Event or a Digital Event or a Hybrid Event which is termed as the Event Mode.
Event Mode setting is part of the Event Details page as seen here:
Mode
The Mode of your event can be Physical or Digital or Hybrid. The Venue input fields will change based on the Mode.
When Mode is selected as Physical
Event Venue
The name of the venue where your event is taking place, e.g. Emerald Conference Room, Mariott Hotel.
Event Address
The actual address of your event, e.g. 320 Orchard Road. The address you key in is used to locate the venue on the map.
Show map on the Event Page
The Venue map will be available on the Event Page when this flag is enabled.
When Mode is selected as Digital
Digital Venue
The Digital venue takes the URL link to the online event.
GEVME Live LivePage/LiveSite Address is the URL link to the Online event
Others Online Address is the URL link to the Online event
When Mode is selected as Hybrid
Physical Venue

Data Integration with GEVME Live Events
For Digital Events using GEVME Live as the digital Venue, it is possible to integrate the GEVME Registration Event with the GEVME LivePage.
There is a specific Call-to-Action button called 'GEVME Live' that can be added on the email templates, that can be linked to the Digital Venue URL. And a flag to generate a magic link to allow attendees to directly access the GEVME LivePage without a need to login.
Attendees can click on this CTA button in their Confirmation email to directly access their GEVME LivePage.
