By default, all emails sent from GEVME Registration is masked under events@gevme.com 

If you wish to override it with your organisation’s email address, it is a 2-step process:

The Outcome

STEP 1: Add your Email under Event Details/Organiser/Organiser Email


Under Event Details, select the Organiser Profile that you wish to use


Edit Organiser with your preferred email address which is used as Email Sender.



STEP 2: Decide to whitelist Email or Domain


EMAIL WHITELISTING (Per event basis)

Submit your request to cs.reg@gevme.com

Email Content: 

  • Request for Email Whitelisting
  • The Email: .............................
  • The Event ID: .........................

GEVME then will trigger a verification link to your mailbox

  • Look out for Sender: no-reply-aws@amazon.com
  • Ensure that you have access to the mailbox
  • Verification Link is valid 24 hours only


DOMAIN WHITELISTING (Per organisation basis) 

Submit your request to cs.reg@gevme.com

Email Content: 

  • Request for Domain Whitelisting
  • The Domain: ......................................
  • The Organisation ID: .........................

GEVME then will generate DNS records and share them via email for your IT/Infrastructure Team's action. 

Your team has 72 hours to add the DNS records.
