By default, all emails sent from GEVME Registration is masked under events@gevme.com
If you wish to override it with your organisation’s email address, it is a 2-step process:
The Outcome
STEP 1: Add your Organiser Email under Event Details settings
Under Event Details, select the Organiser Profile that you wish to use
Edit Organiser with your preferred email address which is used as Email Sender.
STEP 2: Decide to whitelist Email or Domain
EMAIL WHITELISTING (Per Event basis)
Submit your request to Gevme Support: cs.reg@gevme.com
Email Content:
- Request for Email Whitelisting
- The Email: .............................
- The Event ID: .........................
GEVME then will trigger a verification link to your mailbox
- Look out for Sender: no-reply-aws@amazon.com
- Ensure that you have access to the mailbox
- Verification Link is valid 24 hours only

The Outcome:
DOMAIN WHITELISTING (Per Organisation basis)
Submit your request to cs.reg@gevme.com
Email Content:
- Request for Domain Whitelisting
- The Domain: ......................................
- The Organisation ID: .........................
Gevme then will generate 3 CNAME records and share them via email for your IT/Infrastructure Team's action.
Your team has 72 hours to add these records to your Domain Name System(DNS).

Note: With Domain whitelisting, the recipient email can be changed dynamically to another email using the same domain.
In the above example, email can be sent out from rsvp@xyz.com, jane@xyz.com, etc
STEP 3: Validate the whitelisting
Inform Gevme to validate the whitelisting, before you can test the whitelisting on the Event/Organisation.
