Copy the Settings from 1 event to another event

For ease of your operation, Gevme has developed a user interface that allows event organisers to transport the configuration settings from an event in an organisation to an existing event in the same or different organisation.


This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to copy an event settings. 


Access to the Feature

It is the same access right as Clone feature.
Access to the cloning feature may vary based on the organization's policies. If the feature is not visible to you, please consult your administrator for assistance.


Original Event Selection

Navigate to the events listing page.

Hover over your source event.

Click on the Clone option and select Overwrite Existing Event Settings

- Select Destination Organisation
If you have access to multiple organizations, choose the "Destination Organization" from the dropdown.

For users with access to a single organization, no action is required as the organization is selected by default.


- Select Existing Event that you wish to copy the settings to.



What are copied?

The following settings are copied over during the cloning process:


Forms:

  • Buyer Form
  • Attendee Form
  • Admin Form
  • Waiting list Form
  • Surveys Form

Registration Rules

Print Templates

Email Templates
