Gevme's Exhibitor Portal revolutionizes the badge redemption process for exhibitors at events. This user-friendly solution allows exhibitors to effortlessly manage their team badge assignments, redeem badges within their allocated quota, and seamlessly integrate with the main event registration.

How does the Exhibitor Portal operate?
A single person in charge (Exhibitor PIC) to manage badge redemption
Organisers upload a list of Exhibitor PICs (Person in Charge) to Gevme, along with the necessary information:
- Exhibitor PIC Contact
First Name
Last Name
Email (this field has to be unique in the whole PIC List) - Company Information
Company name
Company ID (This field has to be unique per company for tracking purchases)
Booth number (Optional)
Any other fields that you wish to be populated from PIC to All Exhibitors in their booth (Optional) - Badge Quota
These Exhibitor PICs will gain access to the portal.
Portal Login
1. PICs receive an email from Gevme with login instructions using email and OTP (One-Time Password)
2. If you have an existing Knowledge Hub, OEM Portal, we can work with your Vendors to configure SSO Integration. This will allow Exhibitor PIC to login seamlessly from one portal to another portal without re-login.
Badge Redemption
After logging in, the PIC can begin the badge redemption process within.
- Assign badges to their team members and guests.
- If he/she is attending the event, allocate a badge to himself/herself.
- Once a badge is assigned, the recipient will be registered for the Main Event and will receive an email confirmation.
In addition to exhibitor badges, the portal can handle other badge quotas, such as Free Conference Badges that the Exhibitors are entitled.
Additional Badge Purchases
Exhibitors can also be redirected to a landing page to purchase additional exhibitor badges and make payments conveniently outside of the portal.
Redemption Status
Within the PIC List, you will be presented with PIC's Last Login and Redemption Status (Partial redeemed / Fully redeemed) for tracking purpose.
You may use Gevme to resend out relevant reminder to the PIC.
