Overview
In our ongoing efforts to enhance our Exhibitor Management, we are excited to introduce the new Online Exhibitor Manual (OEM) Portal.
OEM will assist the event organisers and exhibitors in navigating and completing necessary forms for the Exhibition. With the Portal, exhibitors can now conveniently complete and submit forms directly within the platform, while event organisers gain control in form tracking.
Key Features
The OEM Portal offers a range of features to simplify event management and form submission. Some key features include:
Categorisation of Forms
Forms are categorised as either Shell Scheme or Raw Space, making it easy for exhibitors to find the relevant forms based on their booth category.
Integrated Form Editor
The OEM Portal includes an intuitive Form PDF Editor that allows exhibitors to complete and submit forms directly within the platform.
- Simple set-up that the Organiser can update the Form anytime if there are any changes by Stand Contractors and any other vendors.
- In need, the Exhibitors are able to Download/Upload the Forms, if it is more convenient.
Submission Date and Time Recording
The portal automatically records the date and time of each form submission, providing event organisers with a comprehensive timeline of form submissions.
Form Visibility Control
After the submission deadline, forms will be grayed out, indicating that they can no longer be edited. This helps maintain data integrity and ensures that exhibitors are aware when a form is no longer editable.
Single / Multiple Submission
To maintain data consistency, the OEM Portal restricts exhibitors to a Single Form Submission, avoiding miscommunication/confusion by Contractors/Vendors; or Allow Multiple Submission. Organiser can determine the preferred set-up.
