Overview
Gevme is excited to introduce an important enhancement to the User Login Attempts Report, designed to provide event professionals with clearer and more precise insights into user access activities across organisations. This update shifts the focus of login tracking from a general login stage to the very first entry point when accessing an organisation’s backend page. The result is a more accurate and organisation-specific view of user login behaviour, helping you manage and monitor access with greater confidence and clarity.
How the Feature Works
Previously, the User Login Attempts Report recorded login activity at a general login stage, which sometimes resulted in mixed or confusing data for users with access to multiple organisations. With the enhanced feature, the system now captures and logs user activity based on the first accessed URL within the organisation’s backend environment.
For each login attempt, the report records:
- User Account: The specific user initiating the login.
- IP Address: The network location from which the login attempt is made.
- Accessed URL: The exact backend page accessed within the organisation.
- Date and Time: Timestamp of the login attempt.
- Access Status: Whether access was granted or denied.
By associating login data directly with the relevant organisation, the report eliminates ambiguity and ensures that event organisers can easily track access behaviour per organisation.
How to Navigate to the report
To access the report, please navigate to your organisation's Global reports and check under the Organisation reports section.
