By customizing and tweaking the ticket settings in the backend, you can achieve various registration flows for your event (with each flow appearing differently on the event page). The different permutations possible is detailed and outlined in this article.



Single Registration



The above is achieved by having the following ticket configurations:

  1. Only 1 visible ticket.
  2. Tickets permitted per order for the visible ticket:
    (1) Min: 1
    (2) Max: 1


Multiple Tickets With Group Registration



The above is achieved by having the following ticket configurations:

  1. More than 1 visible ticket.
  2. Tickets permitted per order for each visible ticket:
    (1) Min: X
    (2) Max: Any number bigger than X



Multiple Tickets With Group Registration Restricted to 1 Ticket Type




The above is achieved by having the following ticket configurations:

  1. More than 1 visible ticket.
  2. Tickets permitted per order for each visible ticket:
    (1) Min: X
    (2) Max: Any number bigger than X
  3. The setting Restrict users to register/purchase 1 ticket type only turned on.


Multiple Tickets Without Group Registration



The above is achieved by having the following ticket configurations:

  1. More than 1 visible ticket.
  2. Tickets permitted per order for each visible ticket:
    (1) Min: 1
    (2) Max: 1
  3. The setting Restrict users to register/purchase 1 ticket type only turned on.
