Q: It seems like we are having problem to upload an image.
Just wondering why would this happen and how can we solve it?
A: Sometimes although the size of the images is small, the dimension of the image is the issue that causes long loading time.
For example, the image above has width and height: 3067 x 3408, system cannot handle such dimension, and therefore causes the problem.
The image dimension should be less than 1000px, recommended 550px width, after you upload you can adjust the size through Image Properties, by double-clicking on the image.
