Step 1: 

On any page of the platform, access the user menu by clicking on the icon at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: 

On the user menu, click on “Admin Console” to access your admin page.

Step 3: 

On your admin console page, click on the subscription tab to access your subscription.

Step 4:

On the subscription page, click on the ellipsis icon to expand the sub menu of your subscription.

Step 5:

On the sub-menu of your subscription, click on “Cancel Subscriptions”.

Step 6: 

On the subscription cancellation page, fill in your details and provide us with your reasons so that we can understand and improve our product further.
