When an attendee registers for a free event, by default, they will receive confirmation email together with a e-ticket in pdf format. This e-ticket is generated by the system for the attendees. 

 

This layout is fixed and cannot be changed. 


Below is the layout of the e-ticket.

1. Ticket instruction

This text can be changed in Automated Emails and Messages section 


2. Event Name

This is the name of the event, stated in the Event Details. 


3. Event Logo

This is the same logo you upload in the Event Details. 


4. Ticket Name

This is the name of the ticket the buyer has chosen to purchase. 


5. Event Date & Time

This is date and time of event, stated in the Event Details. 

If this is continuous event without date and time, this part will be blank


6. Ticket Holder

This is the name of the Attendee. 


7. Event Location

This is the location of the event, stated in the Event details. 


8. QR Code

This is system's auto-generated QR code, which is the ticket number. 


9. Organised by

This is the event organiser's name, stated in the Event details. 


10. Ticket number 

This is system auto-generated, for each attendee there will be different ticket number.
