Q: To prepare for my up-coming event, I wanted to send invitation to my invitees list. I accidentally imported a long list of invitees into my event and I couldn't remove them all at once! How to do delete them at one go and will it affect my organisation contact list?
A: For removing invitee list within one event, you can contact our Support team at cs@globalsignin.com to request for deleting the entire invitee list within your event, if it's about 1000 records and above.
- The removal of invitee list will not affect the contact list of your organisation
- The contacts are on organisation level, invitees are on event level; invitees/attendees are specific to an event
