DNSSEC Implementation for Gevme Domain

In our continuous effort to prioritize the security of your data and ensure a robust online environment, Gevme will be implementing DNS Security Extensions (DNSSEC) for our domain.


The Gevme system may be temporarily unavailable during this period as we work diligently to integrate DNSSEC into our domain infrastructure. This maintenance is essential for fortifying the security layers of our platform and ensuring a safer user experience.


What is DNSSEC?

DNSSEC is a suite of extensions to DNS (Domain Name System) that adds an additional layer of security by digitally signing data to verify its authenticity. This helps protect against various cyber threats, such as DNS spoofing and man-in-the-middle attacks.


What to Expect:

Possible System Downtime: The Gevme platform may be temporarily inaccessible during the maintenance window.


DNS Propagation Time:

  • Singapore Region: 1 hour (17th December 2023 between 00:00 and 01:00, GMT+8)
  • Global Propagation: 24 hours

Post-Maintenance: Once the DNSSEC implementation is complete, you can resume using Gevme with the added assurance of an enhanced security framework.
