About Singpass Myinfo

Myinfo enables citizens and residents to manage the use of their personal data for simpler online transactions.

With Approval by Singpass, you can activate the "Retrieve Myinfo with Singpass" feature, which automatically populates available data into your Gevme registration forms. 

The Advantages: 

Less form filling, higher data quality

- Users can share their data by providing consent via Singpass and organisations no longer have to deal with manual data management.

- Without this flow, the details would have to be manually input, which could lead to human error. Inaccuracy of data could impact future re-engagement to the attendee.

Data from trusted sources

- Identity assurance of the participants who sign up for the event

- The personal particulars are accurate

The integration

Step 1. Client to set up an account in Singpass Developer Portal

- To determine the Scope (Fields to be retrieved from Singpass) 

- To submit User Journey

Step 2: Pending for Singpass to approve

Once approved, you will be issue with Application ID to share with Gevme.

Step 3: To engage Gevme with the approved scope

Here are the requirements to be shared with Gevme:

1. Application ID for Staging

2. Application ID for Production

3. State the Scope submitted to Singpass

Step 4: Gevme to share

Gevme will provide the following information to submit to Singpass

1. The JWK for signature and decryption

2. Redirect urls for both staging and prod environments

Step 5: Final Form Configuration

3. Field Mapping

List all your fields for the mapping and the preferred configuration. 

**Mobile and Email are mandatory to allow editing by Singpass.
