Question:
Can I send Gevme Ticket QR Codes using third-party tools such as Outlook, Gmail, my own marketing platform, or an SMS tool?
Answer:
Yes, you can.
Each Gevme ticket comes with a unique QR code generated based on the attendee’s personalized Ticket Number.
How to Retrieve the Ticket Number
1. Go to the Attendee Grid in your Gevme Registration Backend
2. Click on the Gear Icon (⚙️).
3. Select Ticket # to add it as a column in the grid.
Once added, you can export the data and use the Ticket Number in your Email or SMS content.
Using the QR Code in Emails or SMS
The format for the QR code image URL is: https://www.gevme.com/qr/{{ticket_no}}.png.
Replace {{ticket_no}} with the actual Ticket Number of each attendee.
Example: https://www.gevme.com/qr/58923957989534.png.
This URL can be embedded in the body of your emails or messages.
Automation and API Access
Gevme is a SaaS platform with an open API. If your third-party service supports pulling attendee data via API, integration is possible.
