What is New

You may have noticed a refreshed Attendee Grid View. While the core functionalities remain the same, some elements have been repositioned and revamped for improved usability


Overview of the New Interface

Here’s what you’ll now see on the main screen:


1. New Attendee & Import

  • New Attendee: Create a new attendee record directly from the backend.
  • Import: Available for Free Event. Learn more about Importing Attendees


2. List

  • All Attendees
  • Cancelled/Deleted Attendees
  • Your Lists
  • Smart Lists


3.Smart Search

Quickly search for any value across attendee data using the Search bar.


4.Export

Export attendee data based on your current filters, or export the full list as needed.


Key Improvements worth noting

I. Advanced Multi-Filtering

A more powerful filtering system is now available. You can apply multiple filters at once using the following structure:

  1. Where: Select a field from the attendee form or a system field
  2. Criteria:
    • Is equal to
    • Contains
    • Does not contains
    • Is empty
    • Is not empty
  3. Value: Choose from dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons, or input a free text value
  4. Apply: To apply the filters that you have set up


Multiple Filters can be added via Add Filters


Reset Filters if you wish to clear and start the new filtering.


This allows for highly customized and flexible filtering.


II. View Fields Set Up

The old checkbox + Apply method is gone.


What changed! 

  1. You can now show/hide fields instantly
  2. Rearrange columns using drag-and-drop to personalise your grid layout.



Can I Switch Back to the Classic Grid?

Yes! If you prefer the previous layout, you can toggle off the "New Experience" at ay time to return to the old interface.
